The days of saying you don’t know when a patient asks you if you’re in network, or what your price is, or claiming “but I didn’t know” after the fact when a patient is gouged and financially ruined by the institution where you practice… those days are numbered. Doctors are some of the smartest and most competent people on earth. They handle massive responsibility and liability for not screwing things up, dozens of times a day. No more excuses.
